HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE

LUBRICATION FOR TODAY'S MOST DEMANDING APPLICATIONS

High-temperature greases are top-performing and versatile lithium complex greases made with top-quality mineral oil, specialised thickener engineering technology, and highly regarded additives. Lubrication at temperature ranges >200°C performs poorly and does not serve its purpose. High-temperature greases often operate at temperatures higher than 100-120 degrees C.

High-temperature greases are suitable for lubricating elements like roller bearings operating under severe conditions, oven fan bearings, rolling mill bearings, etc. While high-temperature greases are crucial here, choosing the right high-temperature grease supplier is equally important.

Castrol, one of the leading high-temperature grease manufacturers in India, provides high-performance, multipurpose lithium complex greases. These greases offer excellent water resistance, resistance against wear and corrosion, and thermal & mechanical stability. Moreover, high-temperature grease prices offered by Castrol are quite competitive.

BENEFITS OF CASTROL LUBECON HIGH-TEMPERATURE (HT) GREASE:

  • Formulated to address environmental concerns. It is free from lead, chlorinated solvents, and barium.
  • Low volatility
  • Minimum residue after evaporation.
  • High VI for additional film strength at elevated temperatures
  • Formulated with a combination of rust and oxidation inhibitors
  • Prolonged service from 177°C/350°F to 288°C/550°F.
  • Intermittent exposure to temperatures up to 343°C/650°F.

CASTROL LUBECON SERIES HT

Castrol LubeCon Series HT (High Temperature) Grease is a synthetic grease designed for extended service life in bearings inside high-temperature ovens. The synthetic fluids in the LubeCon Series HT Grease formulation were selected for their controlled low volatility, minimum residue after evaporation and high VI for additional film strength at elevated temperatures.
