Castrol’s innovative kiln chain lubricator engages the chain to follow any vertical or side-to-side chain movement. Precision nozzles are attached to the lubricator to ensure they are always in correct alignment with the links and rollers.
The chain roller detection device is embedded in the lubricator at the exact same pitch as the chain being lubricated to ensure that there are no ejection timing issues. Each lubricator utilizes high temperature detection devices and components to ensure dependability and long life in harsh environments.
