Industrial component cleaning is integral to every metalworking process, from automotive to machinery manufacturing. While it is essential, it is also highly challenging. CASTROL TECHNICLEAN 80 XBC: ENGINEERED FOR LOW-TEMPERATURE CLEANING OPERATIONS

 

Castrol Techniclean 80 XBC is a high-performance industrial process cleaning fluid. Techniclean 80 XBC offers low-foaming characteristics across a wide temperature range and is formulated without boron or formaldehyde-releasing biocide. 


This industrial cleaning fluid is suitable for use in low-temperature cleaning operations in modern spray, intensive flood-wash and high-pressure equipment with excellent demulsifying performance that allows easy skimming and a long bath life.


Techniclean 80 XBC is compatible with Castrol Alusol XBB and Hysol XBB cutting fluids and can be recycled into the cutting fluid system. This process can be done at the end of its cleaning cycle without hampering the coolant performance. As a result, it significantly reduces water consumption and disposal costs.
